I ordered the goods in the store through them on 04/27/20 (not yet delivered and it is not known whether it will be) But the question is not about delivery now. The card used to pay for the goods is not in foreign currency, but in hryvnia, the amount for the goods is indicated and debited is overstated. As for the double conversion of currencies, they explained, but still the amount turned out to be higher than the real account. They fooled all the questions for a week, didn't really explain anything, but in the evening of 05/03/2020 they "made me happy" that they couldn't do anything and advised me to contact the store where the goods were purchased - IHERB.

The iHerb Store sends us information about the purchase amount in dollars. Due to double conversion, there may be a difference in the actually paid cost and the amount displayed on the service. To avoid the difference, you can pay for orders with a dollar card.
