Awful service, they do not regularly charge cashback for small purchases. For a special offer from Ozon.ru, where it was necessary to spend a certain amount of money in order to get a cashback, one of the scanned checks was simply not accepted, they were dismissed with the wording "check not found." And this despite the fact that in the course of the proceedings, the original check was presented from the website of Ozon.ru itself (which was previously scanned). Apparently, Ozon.ru miraculously does not find its own checks when it suits them (and LetyShops covers them). Attempts to resolve the issue through the so-called "care service" have led nowhere - only replies come. Highly not recommended.

The check has been processed and received the "Not Found" status. Partners cannot receive a list of goods for it from the tax service base, take into account the promotion and accrue cashback. If you wish, you can check this yourself by requesting the composition of purchases by check on the FTS website.
We cannot accrue cashback, since we have not received a reward from partners, from which it is formed.

Of the 12 January orders, EIGHT were rejected, and for the remaining 4 (including the one that I deliberately spent on one of the daily offers with increased cashback) accrued no more than 1.6% ... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ... And judging by the latest discussions among friends, we must look for an ALTERNATIVE TO THIS SERVICE!

The purchase amount cannot affect the display of the cashback. As soon as we receive data from the store, it automatically appears in the personal account. The manager in the ticket wrote the possible reasons that could affect the data fixation. Since AliExpress does not consider requests for lost orders, it is not always possible to name the specific factor that influenced the charge.
We see that the cashback was credited by the manager :)
