The process of confirming the order and crediting the cashback is automatic, and as soon as the store passes the corresponding confirmation, its status will change to “Enrolled”. Time for crediting is necessary for the store, in order to be sure that you will not return the parcel, to the order confirmation process and other technical delays that may occur.
Each store has a certain period during which information on the order is processed. You can see the estimated date of confirmation of the cashback in your personal account in the Orders and Finance section by hovering the mouse cursor over the question mark opposite the order status.
