Each time you need to spend time filling out an application to search for an order, and then provide support with detailed data in the form of screenshots and receipts for the goods. And here again the same situation, I place an order, it didn’t appear, I duplicate a new order, it didn’t appear, I called the store to cancel the duplicate order with an explanation of the reasons, the store representative replied that they knew about the problem, citing problems from the letishops side. Please sort it out, because for the sake of 100 UAH cashback next time I will not spend so much time on clarifications.
