The confirmation date can be viewed in the "My Cashback" section, and is calculated based on the times indicated on the store page.

Two weeks ago, I contacted Shein customer service to report that GLS had sent my package to the wrong address (to another city, in fact). They've ignored me for the past two weeks, claiming that the delivery had been made correctly and on time. I don't have my products, I don't have my money, they won't refund my order, and I had to file a complaint with PayPal. Now they're telling me they won't pay me anything until I withdraw the PayPal complaint. The best part is that the shipment was guaranteed to be delivered on time. It isn't, and I don't know what else could happen to me with this purchase. This company scams and engages in online fraud. If you don't want to fall victim to their shady practices, I recommend you consider purchasing from other platforms.
