While waiting for my cashback, I received a message in my personal account that the cashback was rejected by the store. I was surprised. In the help section, he provided all proof of purchase, as well as all correspondence and time intervals. Fortunately, all documents have been preserved. The letishop company stepped into the situation and saw the real picture of what was happening and returned 500 hryvnias from my personal money to me. Summing up: - I do not advise anyone to buy large purchases from the letishop site, and even more so in the moyo store. If you decide to buy, then shoot everything on camera. Take a photo of every step you take. And then, as it turned out, this does not always help. But I want to draw your attention to the fact that all the same, well done fly, they tried to help as best they could. they get a solid 5+ for that.

I ordered a two-chamber Beko RCSA406K30XB refrigerator from the store, the order was placed on 07/18/2022 during the 7.5 percent cashback on letyshops.com. That is, the product cost UAH 14,999, 1,124.93 was returned through cashback, so the product cost me UAH 13,874. There were also problems with the increased cashback, i.e. I ordered the product, the payment did not go through due to bank restrictions, the cashback of UAH 1124.93 was highlighted in Latishops, the operator called me back ten minutes after the order and informed me that he would cancel the order, and when I I will solve everything with payment, then it is necessary to make a repeat order. I ordered two more times and canceled the order myself, and on the fourth time I managed to order and pay for the product within the time frame of the promotion for increased cashback. At the same time, they transferred all 3 previous orders that were canceled to Letyshop, but did not transfer the fourth that was passed. THIS IS SUCH MANIPULATION, although I have a screen during the fourth order where active cashback is visible, I made it because I had a similar situation with them. SO ON ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND THE STORE'S ACTIONS: The product and shipping were prepaid. When the goods arrived, I saw damage to the packaging and minor scratches on the case in that place, although we did not want to pay for it as a new one, but to receive a damaged one, we still agreed to take it and began to unpack it with a representative of Nova Poshta and when unpacking at the bottom on the other side saw a significant dent, accordingly, after that we refused the product. After calling the representative of moyo.ua, we received an answer that there is no such product for replacement, we will be refunded and offered to choose another product. Also, when I asked why they send the product without checking for damage, I was told that the packaging is not removed and the manufacturer is responsible for everything, although in my opinion this is wrong, the store is responsible for sending the damaged product. Since we basically had 2 positions, i.e. gray color and 2 meters and above size, there was no other option than the Beko RCNA406I30XB refrigerator. And here it is interesting that they offer a discount that is less than what would have been for this product through cashback if I had bought it on the day of my purchase. This is the first DISCOUNT WITHOUT DISCOUNT manipulation. And the second, the most interesting item on their website, the item Refrigerator double-chamber Beko RCSA406K30XB disappears until I refuse and talk about a refund, and as soon as this issue is closed on their website, this product appears again. Q: Is it a damaged product that was re-issued? Is manipulation and fraud of the highest order? At the moment, I have incurred financial costs (missing products, costs for a taxi to arrive on time to pick up the goods, part of the payment to the employees who had to bring them, moral costs from the fact that you were manipulated, the funds did not appear in the account for 3 days, and therefore I can't buy another refrigerator. I am attaching a photo of the damage, unfortunately, the dent is not visible in the photo, but in reality it is significant.
