I think it's a complete scam. I made a purchase on October 19th for €89.99. I did it correctly, as I've placed orders with other retailers before and received cashback. In this case, Letyshops told me that either I didn't place the order correctly (I doubt it because it was always activated), or that I created an application and received a €5 voucher as compensation for the application being lost. Seeing as this company loses all applications, I see it as quite a scam since they don't comply with the conditions...

I fully complied with all the requirements. Proof of this are all the usual cashbacks I receive. In this case, curiously, there was a MediaMarkt promotion for a special 7.5% reward. It's odd that this time I received more cashback when I didn't comply with the procedure, while I did on hundreds of other purchases. The system doesn't work; we are at the mercy of the arbitrary behavior of the company that doesn't comply because it's not in our interest.

I hope LetyShops resolves this as soon as possible and issues the refund with the appropriate cashback (which is clearly visible in the screenshot sent when I made the request). To the LetyShops team: please refrain from replying with a copy-and-paste comment discussing the possible reasons why the cashback wasn't registered. The screenshot I sent with the request clearly shows that the cashback was activated in your app.

Letyshops is great, but Mediamarkt is horrible. Not only are the cashbacks never registered (I've already tried on the website, through the extension, and on my mobile device, and it never works. I've read all the rules and I follow them). Now, Mediamarkt won't accept requests for lost cashbacks. This only happens with Mediamarkt. My friend, who invited me to Letyshops and has been here for a long time, tells me it always happens with them, but with other stores, it always registers correctly, and they used to accept requests. It's all bad. Letyshops, however, gave me the cashback, but I never shop at Mediamarkt again...
