The goods are not so simple to order, when you buy goods with free delivery, a delivery fee is imposed and without it you cannot place an order. In case of an erroneous order, the spent bonuses are not returned. And now there’s no sense in their bonuses. One thing is good - the product comes good.

The store is disgusting. Made 4 orders. Two orders for some reason returned to them back. The track showed that the parcels did not even leave the goods. Two months later, they unsubscribed to me that the goods were returned and if I want the money back, they will deduct the cost of sending from me, and if I want the goods back, I must pay both the previous and the new for sending. On the second premise they pleaded guilty, they said that they would return the money. two weeks later they wrote that they had not yet received the return package (although two weeks earlier they wrote that they had received). Money is returned in 3 months!

The rating is not for the shop, but for the store. The store holds your money until the maximum time, so people wait for orders for 2-3 months or do not receive at all. I suppose this is not a store. These are collective purchases, they agree on a wholesale lot, collect money as soon as they get the amount, purchase the goods and only then send them. Question: where are you in this food chain, in the beginning - when they just started to collect money or in the end - when there is little left and they will soon be ready to purchase. And sometimes it happens that they don’t get it and then you wait only a month to send it, they will give you an empty track (the track received from the logistics company, but the goods have not been transferred to them). It’s better to overpay on a popular Ali or girbest, than to take here and feel like a sucker.

I do not advise you to contact this "store". I ordered a Le Max 2 phone from them, received it only 2 months later, after I wrote support several times and also filed a chargeback application in the mastercard. As soon as I received the phone, my jamb, without checking it completely, called the bank and canceled the application, which I regretted very much later, because there was a problem with idle SIM cards, wrote about it to the store. They replied that a refund is possible only if I send the phone to China (I asked about payment for repairs in Russia, they refused), which I did. After 20 days when I saw that the package was received by the Chinese, there was no return, and the support service freezes, I will write on chargeback again, what can you do, I ordered the phone on January 28 already at 11.05, I have no money or phone))

The store is more or less, it took only smartphones, often there are stocks, the rest of the goods seem to be more expensive, an ordinary Chinese store, prices are high, but there are stocks with good prices. Usually they send it for a long time, you don’t have to look at what is written there, on some goods, that it is dispatched during the day, they chew for a week, or even more.
