We contacted the Lord about this in the "Help" chapter. Due to the fact that partners do not accept requests for a lost refund, we cannot find out what exactly contributed to the loss of cashback. We tried to charge cashback from the company's funds. Unfortunately, we cannot do this all the time because we also get nothing.

We tried to understand the reasons for non-accrual in requests, crediting bonuses from the service, but we cannot do this all the time :(
