I bought a SIM card for a tablet, I'm happy with everything. I would like to talk about one feature of cashback when buying on the YOTA website. The cashback appears in the list only after activating the SIM card (this was the case with me). Cashback was confirmed after 3 weeks, but there were New Year holidays, so this is quite good.

I didn’t receive a cashback, wrote a review, I was immediately contacted by a mail support service and within a couple of days I fixed this problem, the cashback returned. I am satisfied.

The connection is super, although it does not catch wherever you need it! But most importantly, the cost of tariffs! I connected my parents too (when buying through Lety - the cashback flew only for one SIM card) - although two were bought at once. But not the point!

I can’t say anything about the quality of communications and tariffs, but not a good word about the YOTA store. Three times I tried to fill out an application, SMS confirmations came about accepting the application and that an employee would contact me within an hour, but that was all, no one called me back. Later it turned out that the delivery service does not work on Saturdays and Sundays (there is not a word about this on the YOTA website). Cashback also did not appear for any of the three attempts to order. Perhaps it is all about the weekend, but why not post information on the order page? When, after contacting the support service by e-mail (they don’t have GL phones), the courier service (a third-party organization) nevertheless contacted me, it turned out that the courier should be expected from 10 am to 6 pm. It’s easier to get to the point of sale and buy a SIM card, and burn it, this cashback.
