Especially when the blame for the error lies entirely with the store. The last time cashback from the amount of 8197 was not displayed at all. Didn't even show up. A few days after receiving the order, I wrote to the LetyShops support service. And at the same time I turned to the IDB. The first, of course, were answered here. And the feedback from the IDB, a few days later, suddenly, confronted the fact that cashback for a CANCELED order is not credited. However! There is a screen of payment for the corresponding amount, there is also a confirmation that the goods have been received in the post office. I sit, look at the bought bottle of perfume and do not understand - what is going on? And it turns out that a wonderful store mistakenly sent 2 identical orders in parallel ... Who would know, it's called. And, of course, the buyer is to blame. I don't even want to think about how they will display the money received for the allegedly canceled order in the accounting department. Earning cashback was probably not part of their plans initially. Since it did not appear either after registration, or after payment, or after receipt. Not even after the delivery of the "double" back to the sender. And now they have found an official reason to refuse. In the personal account on the site, an inscription appeared that the goods were returned. And the fact that I am now sitting and looking at this supposedly excellent order, apparently no longer matters. By the way, with their direct competitors - Letu and RG, such problems have never arisen.
