I contacted the support service, where I was told the following: "We received a response from the store. Unfortunately, the reward was not transferred to us. The reason for non-accrual was that the cashback was transferred to another source." The listed possible reasons for what happened are all not suitable. Thanks to the support service for the bonus they added instead of the cashback. In general, draw your own conclusions, but I don't think it's worth contacting this store.

I often shop at MOYO. Previously, there were no questions about the accrual and receipt of cashback from them. Over the past few months, they began to "lose" cashback in 100% of cases and it was not reflected in the account, although the Lety website recorded the transition and purchase. Only when contacting the care service with supporting documents, it was possible to receive their amounts. Now they simply began to reject cashbacks for already completed and documented purchases, without explaining anything to me or to the care service. I am extremely disappointed with this store and such a devil-may-care attitude towards customers.

I, like many others, probably decided to buy a smartphone at moyo through letyshops because of an increased cashback of 9%, fulfilled all the conditions, but they refused to charge me even a regular cashback. They say, they don't see that I made a purchase through their store. It is better to take an item with a lower cashback, but directly.

The same nonsense, they didn't get an increased cashback for buying a keyboard, there are no questions to Lety service, and moyo is a disgusting partner, judging by the number of complaints.
