Intertop very often independently divides orders into several, assigning different order numbers to each. You have to constantly write to admins. If earlier the problem was solved quickly, crediting cashback for paid orders, now they no longer want to. They say wait 2 months. Perhaps, by some miracle, he himself will appear. Letishops seem to have a crisis. It's time to get away from here quickly.

Let all buyers of this store and users of Letishops know. There is a product in Intertop for which only the "Reserve" option is available, i.e. under the terms of cashback accrual, you will definitely not receive it. And in general, the question arises: in the case of a reserve, I still buy the product. What then is the difference between buying and buying after reserve? In both cases, the store receives money from me, and I receive the goods. And one more thing: when you press the "Buy" button on a product and choose to pick up the product in a store where this product is in stock, then the first letter "R" is assigned to the order number, i.e. reserve. As if you buy, but in fact you reserve and, as a result, you do not receive cashback. It looks like some kind of unfair terms. I think that's why there are so many negative reviews. Dear Letishops !!! Either set up a cashback accrual scheme, or remove this store from those available on your website. Strive for the best !!!

There is still a lot of work left for testers in the intertop system. I ordered two pairs of shoes, in one order. Confirmation came that the cashback should be credited (115 UAH). Then an SMS comes from Intertop that the order is divided into two parts. Well, OK. The next SMS, which came, said that the order was canceled and that the money would be returned to the card. I wrote to them in support - "What a cancellation, I haven't canceled anything." / "Oh, sorry, technical problem. Let's re-order." I re-ordered. A day later - the same garbage, again cancellation, despite the fact that I was confirmed that the goods IS. "Sorry, it happened. Technical problem. Are you reordering?" (I'll give it credit, the support was very polite and pleasant.) I re-ordered. As a result, as I originally ordered, I received both pairs of shoes, but the cashback due to all these twists and turns was obtained only for one pair of shoes (59 UAH) :(

I did not think that there will be any problems with my favorite Intertop store at all ... but unfortunately, as I understand it, the store often does not confirm the fact of sale, therefore cashback is rejected, this is the first and second problem, as in the previous feedback vona2004 is a problem with the formation of the order, namely with the division into several orders (shipments) and change the order numbers accordingly (This problem really needs to be solved with partners! LetyShops - you respect;)

I love this store, the percentage of cashback that letyshops offers is great. But, out of dozens of orders through letyshops, cashback was automatically credited no more than 2-3 times. The fact is that if you order two or more pairs of shoes, in 99% of cases the store divides it into at least two, the order numbers change accordingly and they are also sent by different shipments. The store never agrees with the buyer. Accordingly, in such cases, the cashback is rejected. There is no separate content to order each pair, because in this case you need to pay the cost of several deliveries. I have repeatedly addressed this problem to the staff of the letyshops care service, I was constantly helped by crediting the company's cashback funds. Last time, literally yesterday. On October 24, I made two orders from Intertop again, and to my surprise, both were split in two. So, now I am waiting for four orders and the cashback, which was fixed after two, will not be credited. I will not turn to the care service with this issue anymore, it's just a shame to abuse it. But, is it not possible to somehow agree with the store on a situation where the store makes changes in orders on its own initiative? Therefore, letyshops employees for perfect work - 5+, and the store for such moments - two. Thanks.

The purchase was paid for and confirmed, but after a month Intertop UA did not deign to charge cashback. After contacting the "Customer Service", the managers quickly solved the problem. Thank you very much, the LetyShops! Team received cashback from the company's own funds.

Good afternoon. Today we received a message stating that the cashback was declined. Although the product was paid for and received by me. There were no refunds. Very strange cashback .....

As in the lottery - 50/50.
1. One order was displayed and about a month later the cashback came. Everything is ok, thanks!
2. Another order. There was a transition from the site and there is a transition in the history of transitions, but the order was not displayed. The second order for the same transition was displayed (but I canceled it). I attached the screenshots from the office, I made an application - I have been waiting for a month and a half.
In general, the cashback with Intertop is very unpredictable.

I made 3 orders, paid for everything and took it away, cashback was not credited for any purchase. After contacting the "care service" LetyShops, the guys credited the cashback from the company's funds. Thanks!
