What is not an order, then there will definitely be a jamb somewhere. Most often, this concerns the delivery itself - they send SMS at the last moment that the delivery is delayed. As a rule, I order at a pickpoint or a pickup point like boxberry or CDEK. That is how they simply put before the fact and that's it. Do whatever you want. A couple of times they let me down with a gift. I still turned a blind eye to this, while the delivery was 1 rubles when ordering for a certain amount, but now they have paid delivery, at least for 100 rubles, at least for 30,000 order. Courier delivery is a separate story - the last time I paid extra to couriers, because they did not want to carry 10m more, although I indicated in the comments to the order that there is no parking at the entrance. There was simply no time to swear that day, and the order was urgently needed. There was a case when, within a week, they sent me that my order had been delivered to CDEK, where every time they told me that half of the seats from the order had come and they could not issue it. The most interesting thing is that from a legal point of view, there is almost no government on them, this is not an online store, but just a platform for sellers from whom they take a commission for placing their goods or from the sale, I do not know which system is there. But I will continue to order there ... And write reviews ... Positive ones are unlikely to come out, because neither the service, nor the operators with memorized three phrases, nothing gives hope for a positive trend ...
