Purchases at EVA.UA with cashback in Belgium

Disgusting store with terrible service! On November 6, an order was made in the Eva online store. The order did not appear in my LetyShops account, despite my compliance with all the conditions. And yes, I'm an experienced LetyShops user. I was not surprised by this, since I had previously read reviews about Eve. Okay, God bless him, with cashback, I'm waiting for an order, delivery time is 4-5 days. On November 13 I receive a call, my order is canceled, because one little thing for 8 UAH is out of stock! After only a week, they realized it !!! Okay, paying for the order again! It is clear that we are not talking about cashback at all, since the repeated payment goes through the link received on Viber, and the first order made through the LetyShops application was canceled! I was assured by phone that absolutely everything, except for the canceled trifles, was in stock, and I would soon receive my order. Another 4 days pass. Silence. Finally I called myself. It turns out my order hasn't even been assembled yet! Because other little things, worth 17 UAH, are out of stock !!! And again, the order needs to be reissued and wait until they deign to process it and deliver it to me! Naturally, I canceled the order completely. They just used my money for 12 days for free. Nice tactic, Eve! An excellent divorce, which is not undermined!

This assessment is not for the "Eva" Store, but for LetyShops. Establish direct contact with the store, you have a problem.

They call back in a week and report that some of the goods are out of stock. They offer to correct the order, naturally losing cashback. Already 2 orders are the same story, both times were canceled and I'm not going to order anything else in this store

Error paying on site. Cashback under such conditions is not accrued. I don't use it anymore.

Made 3 purchases. None of the cashbacks registered (2 of the purchases were made with an increased% of cashback). More than a month has already passed for each of the purchases, and the store for letyshops does not provide information

I buy 10 times already and the cashback does not become active with 1 purchase 30 days have passed

This store has huge service issues. There is nothing to charge cashback for when orders are not processed and the store itself is rejected. Not the best partner for LetyShops.

Here are a couple of tips and tricks on how not to lose cashback when buying online:
- split the order into smaller ones. Make 2, 3, or 4 orders, so you are more likely to get cashback, at least some. For example, if you order for 1500 UAH, free delivery from 500 - make three orders of 500 each, if so it turns out.
- when ordering in an EVA store in each specific product, pay attention to the item "Delivery 2-3 days". If it is written 2-3 days - it means they have the goods, they write "Delivery 3-5 days" or even more - it means that the goods are not from them, but from their partners, and in most cases it is not there, or they have to wait a long time, or they will offer replacement - and as a result cashback will fly off.
- do not agree to the notice of the goods, or the cancellation of a position. Check with the operator if everything else is available and refuse the order altogether. Collect a new order from what is already in stock with a cashback.
You can also withdraw cashback from EVA if you pay with a card with cashback (category "beauty and care" in alfabank, or "Beauty and health" in monobank, or in other banks somehow else).
