Online store, Comfy - apparently a completely separate state from TOV Comfi Trade - 12/24/18 made an order, 12/29/18 the order was brought, but one unit of the order: the refrigerator was brought with a marriage (dent on the front panel), immediately called them, asking why , they said they will fix everything, do not worry, wait for a new refrigerator on 01/04/19 due to the holidays, SMS with delivery confirmation came, waited on 01/04/19 for delivery until 15:00, but doubts appeared that it would be, having called this super store they said: Oh, the error came out ! there is no such refrigerator in the warehouse, during the check I revealed the presence of this refrigerator in 3 stores and lo and behold it is already more expensive. I tell them, here he is, I'm waiting! And they simply cannot deliver the refrigerator from the store for technical reasons;) - a really chic excuse, but that's not all, Comfy's next suggestion is to come to the store, issue a return, buy a fridge more expensive and be happy;). result: already 01.13.19 There is no refrigerator. The goods are paid.

On 16.12.2018, an order was made on the website by self-pickup in the amount of 18556 UAH. The goods were delivered to the store three days later. Payment was made in cash in the Komfi store in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. Cashback was defended on the account 04/01/2019. in the amount of UAH 278.34. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe it should be so. Thank you.

And we have a disappointment with the comfy store: they made orders with payment online, as is most often the case with us in the case of other stores. I received a notification in the mail, as well as information about payment through a credit card. When placing an order on the Comfi website, you have the opportunity to choose: delivery on a specific day or also at a fixed time. For both orders (washing machine and refrigerator), they called us back and said that they could not deliver on the date stated on the site, they postpone delivery for 4 days, that is, they had already violated the conditions that were declared on the site for fixed delivery. Also, when placing an order on the site, a bonus for the purchase of about 1500 UAH was indicated - we thought it was super! buy something else! Only the bonus system Komfi in our case turned out to be a "tempting" of pure water, because nothing was charged, and when we contacted us they answered that if we chose a fixed delivery, the bonus was not credited (in the description of the conditions of the bonus program, this is not, but they promised to add)) ... In a word, it is not clear why comfy is so scattered by clients who could become permanent ...

I bought a microwave through the Komfi website. Cashback was charged. Confirmed his store in 27 days. Everything is O.K.

They said that one product was not available at all, and a couple of other items remained on the network, although these products were present in Kiev. There is no more desire to contact this store (((And they also say come to the store and they will deliver to you, but there are completely different prices and I will not get cashback. They want people to run to the store in the old fashioned way and overpay for the goods.

I made a purchase yesterday. 1. Received an SMS that the order has been accepted and they will call me back. 2. The girl called back and agreed that there is an order and you can go to pick it up (the second SMS did not come). 3. Upon arrival at the store, the order was not found, but the purchase was made (attached a receipt). 4. SMS came only in the morning and immediately the third. As a result, the cashback burned.
