230526-0025YG-UA two t-shirts were ordered that did not fit. A return was made. They received a refund on 06/08/2023. One T-shirt was refunded on 06/26/2023. as of 07/11/2023, there is still no money for the second T-shirt. It is impossible to call. On July 2, 2023, I wrote to them on Instagram, I thought maybe I could learn something there. But there they only respond with standard phrases without any specifics: "we are waiting for a response from the warehouse." It's ridiculously normal to wait 10 days for a response from the warehouse! In fact, they stole money. I strongly advise against buying anything in this store to avoid losing your own money. The store sucks! The attitude towards customers is as rude and disrespectful as possible! There are no complaints about letishops.
