This review is more about the Aliexpress site, or rather about the site's policy, which they began to conduct relatively recently. So the crux of the matter is that now it is very difficult to get money back for a low-quality product. It so happened that my last two orders came: one - with a marriage; the second - the product was broken and it was simply impossible to use it. As usual in such cases, I opened a dispute - on the first order I asked for a partial refund for the marriage (despite the fact that the product can be used, but only because of the marriage, the term of its use was significantly reduced); on the second order I asked for a full refund, tk. you simply cannot use it. As a result, without waiting for a response from the sellers, literally the next day the Aliexpress dispute team makes a decision - the two disputes are the same - I will be refunded the full cost of the goods if I send them back ... Repeatedly tried to contact customer support - always the same and too - they sympathize with me, consider my demands reasonable (despite the fact that all the evidence was presented in the dispute), offer to do everything possible, but ... they do absolutely nothing. Every two days, I receive a reminder in the mail that if I want to receive money for the goods, I must send them back. As it turned out, my case is not an isolated one, and over the past months, many buyers have suffered in this way. They can't really answer my questions in the support service why the dispute team made such a decision; they cannot cancel this decision - what is such a support service for? Those. they ask me to send the broken item back for money !!!! For what?? This item has a small value and will cost me the same amount, if not more ... Where is the logic? I also did not understand anything about the dispute over the defective product - I asked for a partial refund. By the way, when ordering goods, there is even such information that if there is a marriage, but you want to leave the goods, then you can ask for compensation for the marriage, which I did ... And it was possible to get this very compensation before, but not now! It seems that now they do not look at the evidence at all and do not go deeper into the essence of the issue. Everyone on any dispute is made the same decision - a refund only after the return of the goods !!! Everything!!! Therefore, the advice for all buyers is not to order especially expensive things there. And in general, think about whether it is worth spending your money, and most importantly nerves ... After all, now there are no guarantees for a refund in the event of a defective product. Even if you send it (at your own expense), it is not yet a fact that the money will be returned, it will only be after the buyer confirms the fact of receiving this product back. I personally decided for myself that if I order something there, then only again from trusted sellers - and that is a risk !!! But to order something new - no !!! With such an attitude towards clients, soon they will not be left at all; nobody wants to get on their nerves with these returns. The most interesting thing is that this is presented as a fight against fraudulent buyers who open a dispute and return money for any reason. But in fact, no one understands your specific situation and ordinary buyers suffer from these decisions. I put one star, but if there was an opportunity, I would put a huge minus - this is not how you treat your customers !!!
