Worst delivery and terrible service. The first time they didn't bring the paid order and didn't even call to warn. Then, after a long discussion, they returned the funds on Sunday and gave a promotional code for 50 hryvnias. The second time, the courier did not bother to lift the package with the elevator and tore the package with the freezer. Now I am waiting for a refund for the second time.

The store is just awful. When ordering the product, the specified time interval is from 15:50 to 16:10. at 3:55 p.m. they withdraw money from my card, after which the operator calls and informs that the delivery will be in 4 hours. How is it at all? She said to cancel the order, and now it's 11 p.m., and it still lights up as collected, not canceled. This is the third failed delivery due to their fault. Communication at zero. I will never order anything from them again and I do not advise you. Even now, the money will be returned for a week...(((

I really ask everyone to read the review before ordering from Varus. The order for fast delivery (the courier was supposed to arrive by 12 noon) was received at 5:00 p.m. Very cool considering the fact that it is impossible to call the hotline. no one answered in the chat bot. And the person who collected the order told her at 15:00 to call the hotline and hung up. As a surprise: cashback was NOT charged. LOST. Varus cleaned up the comments on Instagram.

The order placed at 10 a.m. was delivered at 5:30 p.m., and even the frozen products were thawed (order number 2000144793)

There are no problems with cashback, but the store is terrible. When ordering, I used a promotion - a discount when ordering from UAH 700, the store replaced one product with a similar one at the same price and took more than UAH 100 more from the card than was in the order (all products are not weighted, that is, they simply canceled the promotional discount) . I called several times, each time they said that they recorded the appeal and passed the information on to the person in charge and would give an answer within 3 days, while they did not see my previous appeals, that is, no one is going to solve anything.

I want to share my feedback. Varus is terrible in terms of issuing online orders. Dnipro, Panikahi 15. One woman works to collect and issue orders, which are very many. As a conclusion - constant delays. This time the order was from 10-11. It's almost 8:00 p.m. and it hasn't been collected. Fuck everyone. No reaction. No information. We need to either take one more person or cancel this feature, because it's outrageous! I have been waiting all day for my food with two small children. No complaints about cashback.

For more than three weeks, I have been calling the hotline and asking them to fix the site because it does not accept orders from all the devices that were nearby. Reactions 0 !!!! No one from our team will use your varus again in life. You have earned your reputation

This store looks like it, but the website needs to be worked on, I filled the basket three times, I go to pay - it has been updated and is empty. Cashback comes as soon as I paid, I have no problems.

In my experience, all orders for Varus during promotions with increased cashback receive cashback only through opening a dispute. The first one was found in March 2023. Now I'm waiting for the second one to order in October. The search period looks optimistic - 4 months :)
