Purchases at Tiendanimal ES with cashback in United Arab Emirates

It's disgusting on the part of Tienda Animal! I always have problems with cashback. First, it takes a long time (months) to approve it, if they don't deny it for something. Then the last 2 times they have denied it and I have appealed. They have alleged that I had used coupons and I had not put any. They have been large purchases of about €70, I have chosen this store to purchase feed for my animals so that later they won't give me cashback! Letyshops ended up giving me a subscription and sticking up for them. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the animal store. I do not recommend it. BITIVA.ES is much better!!! I recommend taking screenshots of the entire purchase process, even if they go through the process and deny it anyway.

Tiendanimal always gives problems with cashback. You make your purchase, they give you a cashback that corresponds to the amount of the purchase you have made and the percentage of cashback that the store offers, and a few days later they change it to an amount of cents and finally they deny it. The last purchases I have made with them I have had problems and the Letyshops team ended up solving them.

I have a lot of problems with the Cashback from the animal store, it takes many months, I even buy again and I still don't have the Cashback from the previous purchase and the sum is less than the real expense, I don't know why... a real mess... But it's not Lety's fault because they always solve problems quickly, in this case, the bad score is undoubtedly due to the store.

I don't think it deserves even one star. I have never had problems with cashback. They had to refund me €26.81 of a purchase of almost €123 that had been denied by the store for no reason and having met all the purchase requirements. For me, a complete scam on their part. No complaints from me towards the Letyshops team who are trying to solve the problem. I will not buy in the store again.
