They also sent a product made of synthetics, although the specifications indicated cotton. And I also received a leaky T-shirt from this store. Cashback is not calculated automatically, both times it was necessary to open a dispute. The first time was positive, but the cashback was credited three times less than it was needed, and the second time the cashback was refused at all.

This could happen for the following reasons:
