I placed an order on 26.06 for the amount of 3715.00, I wanted to have free delivery and 21% cashback. The order was accepted, I paid to the FOP account. My order was not displayed in the Letizia Shops application and the cashback accordingly too. Until the moment of payment, the managers actively communicated with me, after payment - silence. When asked when I would receive my order and where it disappeared from the application.. no one answered. I still received the order, but two items were missing. I took a video and sent it to the manager Hillary on Viber. I was generally surprised by the lack of their branded packaging. They did not answer my questions. I wrote to the support service regarding the cashback and the lack of two items of the product. They answered... they will figure it out. The waiting time is up to 4 months. ps they did not put a delivery note in my order

I placed an order when the cashback was at an increased rate (it seems 21%), an hour later I placed another one. 2 records appeared about the accrual of cashback - for the 1st at an increased rate, for the 2nd at the usual rate. As a result - for 2 they charged, for 1 they rejected. So trust those increased rates. Although I have been ordering for several years - I have never had any questions. And the cosmetics are of very good quality for an adequate price.
