There were problems with displaying cashback and calculating its amount, but the support service helped to resolve the issues. Of course, if it were not for personal control, it would all have disappeared. But after ordering for the highly publicized Black Friday and increased cashback, there was a problem with displaying while waiting for cashback. Moreover, for all the goods from this order, the most expensive was not displayed, and all the little things, yes, it means that the purchase process was done correctly by me. And the support service simply shrugged it off and offered 3% compensation instead of the 18% required. Cheating and, as I read below in the comments, are they trying to keep themselves on expensive purchases? -Not proven, but they cast a shadow on their reputation.
