Thank you for your feedback. The fact is that each store has its own average time for crediting cashback. This time is necessary for the store to be completely sure that you will not return the parcel, for the order confirmation process and other technical delays that may arise.
In the case of AliExpress, the time for opening a dispute with the seller may also be taken into account. As soon as the store sends the corresponding confirmation, the cashback status will change to "Credited". You can see the estimated date of crediting for each order in your personal account. To do this, simply hover your mouse over the question mark next to the text "Pending".
If the estimated crediting dates have already passed and the cashback has not yet been credited to your balance, you can contact our support service, we will try to help you.

When you accumulate 500 rubles, you are assigned the LetyBronze status and the cashback rate increases by 10% from the usual rates. Having accumulated 3,000 rubles with our service - LetySilver status and +20%, 10,000 rubles - LetyGold and +30% to the cashback rate. If you often shop in online stores or plan to make a large purchase, you can connect a Premium account for 150 rubles / month, which is equal in the amount of cashback provided to the LetyGold status.
If you don't shop online very often and it's not profitable for you to connect a Premium account, you can leave it unconnected and receive the regular cashback rate, not the increased one.
